Helen's Asian Kitchen 97033 Porcelain Ginger Grater, 7-1/8" x 4-1/8"

Ginger is a fibrous root and Helen's Asian Kitchen's ginger grater, with its porcelain teeth, is especially designed to extract the delicious spicy pulp from fresh ginger without the tough, stringy fibers. Simply peel the ginger root and rub the ginger in a circular motion over the rows of teeth. The handy sauce well collects the ginger pulp and juice for easy removal. A specially-designed bamboo brush is included to help dislodge and clean any particles from the grater's teeth. The ginger grater allows you to quickly and easily grate ginger for stir fry, marinades, dipping sauces, salad dressings, desserts and more.
